13. Governing Law and Disputes
The Site is operated from Spain. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Spain will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your state or country of residence, or of your right to contact your state’s department of insurance, your state attorney general, or the Federal Trade Commission.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will change. Your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance.
